Sales Strategist – Commission Only
Smirk is looking for a fired-up business development pro to join its successful, expanding agency.
This is a flexible opportunity, which can be remote or work-from-home. It is available to any qualified sales person in the OKC/Edmond/Norman area.
If you are a hungry, web-savvy, ambitious, driven individual who doesn’t want to waste their time with an MLM, but wants to sell great digital strategies and consulting, then we want to hear from you.
As Business Development Strategist, your responsibility will be to ensure personal monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your sales ninja abilities and skills.
- Ensure monthly and annual sales budget is achieved by targeting clients in your region
- Develop new business and increase spend by all new and existing clients, in line with targets
- Represent our agency’s unique values in all dealings with prospects and clients
- Ensure communication and relationships with our team is excellent and allows us to deliver great service and winning strategies to clients
- Must be able to demonstrate and uphold our values and respect company culture
- Discover new business prospects which fit our ideal client target
- Network with potential clients and partners
- Discuss our unique company values, offerings and services
- New business development from generated leads, referrals or own knowledge base.
- Work to monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved
- Sales experience a plus
- Ability to communicate well online and offline
- Presentable and confident in face-to-face meetings
- Strong networking skills
- Able to build rapport quickly over phone or face to face
- Motivated self-starter
- This is initially a 90-day commission-only position with the possibility to move into a full-time position with base+commission, plus benefits, depending on initial sales performance.
